How fast will I see work shipped?

Most tasks are completed within 1–2 business days, depending on complexity. We’ll always communicate if something will take longer!

Unlimited revisions—really?

Yep, really! We’ll keep revising until you’re happy — no limits, no extra charges. Just one revision round per task at a time to keep things moving smoothly.

What happens if you’re sick or away?

We’re a team of three, so your work won’t stop if one of us is away. We’ll make sure everything is delivered on time. In the rare case of an emergency, we’ll inform you ASAP — but honestly, that almost never happens.

Can I pause the subscription?

Yes! You can pause anytime. Billing will stop, and you can resume whenever you're ready — perfect if you're waiting on feedback or planning a new sprint.

Do unused tasks roll over?
